Summer 2015 Recap

Thank you once again to our valued clients who made this another successful summer with Northern Outback Adventures. We had three weeks of rain, with higher than average levels this year, making for a successful Chinook season. We had people on the single hand fly rod for the first time, and some on the double hand fly rod learning the snap T! We had Bass fishers catch their first salmon on a fixed gear rod and an 82 year old Swede catch a Spring of his lifetime! Again, our cook Kate had hot lunches on the rivers, a never-ending cookie jar of homemade cookies and treats and gourmet dinners. We ran across momma grizzlies and their cubs fishing across from us, and seals in our coastal river. We shared scotch and cigars with fish-tales around the table, and spicy Ceasars after a day of fishing. Ken kept everyone laughing throughout the day and around the fire and Crystal made sure the camp ran smooth.
